It's June 1st, and that means it's time to complete the June Ab Challenge once again. Throughout the month you will be pushed to complete increasing numbers of sit ups, crunches, leg lifts and low plank holds. By the end of June I am ready to never do another sit up again, but I also feel stronger! Join me in this ab-tastic fitness challenge!
