Today, Eva and Lori (two of my fabulous clients), and Eva's awesome daughter Petra,joined me for a 5k in Morristown, NJ. It was a perfect day for a run, as it was over cast and cool. We all used the 5k as a way to motivate ourselves to run more and plan another 5k soon. Stay tuned for our next race! I'll be sure to let everyone know and we can run it together. Thank you again to my fit and fabulous ladies for running it with me :)
Happy April! I hope you have been enjoying the fitness challenge from last month, and will continue to partake in it this month.
I have a new challenge for you, but this time it will focus on your diet. Besides eating the foods of the month (asparagus and strawberries), try adding in at least one different superfood each week for the month. April is a time when things start to grow and take shape, so let's focus our energy on helping our bodies to take the shape we want for them.
